All products sold on this website are original ESQUINA items. Images displayed on the website match the real product 100%, with no variations.

3. Products & Availability

We sell products strictly within the limits of available stock. If an item is sold out, sales are immediately stopped out of respect for our customers.

All products are manufactured in Turkey under strict quality control.

We offer lifetime warranty for manufacturing defects. If a product is damaged due to a technical or production-related issue, and the defect can be justified as the manufacturer’s fault, the product will be replaced free of charge.

4. Orders & Payments

Orders are processed instantly after being placed.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled before shipping.

Accepted payment methods include card payments and any other methods displayed at checkout.

An order is considered confirmed once payment is successfully processed.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship using DPD, DHL, UPS, and Cargus.

Estimated delivery times:

• Romania: 24–48 hours

• Europe: 3–8 business days

Shipping delays caused by the courier are not the responsibility of ESQUINA ARCHIVE S.R.L.. Once the package is handed over to the courier, responsibility for transit, delays, or routing issues belongs to the courier company.

6. Returns & Refunds

Customers may request a return within 14 days from the moment the product is delivered.

Return conditions:

• The customer pays the return shipping cost.

• Returned products must be unworn, undamaged, and in perfect condition.

• Products that are worn, washed, or damaged by the customer are not accepted.

Refunds are issued after the returned product is inspected and approved.

7. Warranty

ESQUINA ARCHIVE S.R.L. offers lifetime warranty for manufacturing defects. If a product fails due to a technical or production-related issue, and the defect is proven to be the manufacturer’s responsibility, the product will be replaced free of charge.

Damage caused by improper use, negligence, or external factors is not covered.

• delays caused by courier companies

• losses or damages resulting from improper use of the product

• technical errors, interruptions, or malfunctions of the website
